Let us become your on demand creative team. With our retainer program you have the ability to utilize our services on your own schedule each month. We’ve crafted each tier to accommodate a variety of budgets and businesses.

  • Full service graphics & design (Full branding packages are not included).
  • Web services including new pages, updates, graphic components, & any reoccurring updates. (New website design & development is not included).
  • 3 Female design badasses ready to make it happen.

HOW TO PAY?

At the beginning of each month, the full retainer amount is invoiced. You pay and that’s it! As services are used, time is deducted. Each invoice from your second month on will include an itemized list of the previous month’s work to show usage.

UNUSED HOURS & OVERAGES

We do our best to keep you in the loop with your time and if you are getting close to going over, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to make sure your hours are used within the monthly time frame. Unfortunately, unused hours at the end of the month are forfeited, unless your package allows for rollover.

Each of our packages are set-up to ensure our monthly schedules allow you to be our priority. If your project ends up having overages, unless otherwise specified in your package, the additional hours will be charged at our regular rate. This helps ensure that we don’t overbook any given month and can dedicate our time efficiently.

Each retainer has a built-in checkpoint after a predetermined time period to ensure your retainer fits your needs. If you are over or under paying each month we can readjust at that time to make sure you are getting the best bang for your buck.

*All prices are subject to change without warning. Pricing will not affect active retainers until renewal date or for month-to-month contracts, they will be reflected in the following retainer invoice. Sales tax not included in retainer pricing & will be charged at the end of each retainer month, if applicable. Printing costs associated with your projects are not covered by the retainer payment.

**Website updates & maintenance included in the retainer apply to sites developed by Streamline Jacks only. Other sites can be updated & maintained, but will need to be discussed further with client then what is covered in the retainer packages.
